I didn't get the correct toppings, but I had already picked it up (carry-out), returned home to discover the mistake, and ate it anyway because we were hungry. Pan pizza was incredibly greasy and we didn't feel well after eating. It was my first time ordering Pizza Hut and probably my last.
As far as the pizza here goes, it's pretty inconsistent. Sometimes it's perfect. Sometimes it's passable. Lately though the hand tossed pizzas are super thin and are filled with way more grease than I'm used to. The latest pizza I got from here was also under cooked. That's never happened before.
The delivery drivers have always been timely and polite. I've never had cold food delivered in the 2 or so years I've been ordering delivery from here.
In the two years I've been ordering from this place I never had a problem. Now, in the past couple months, both pizzas have had slices where the cheese doesn't cover all of the pizza. It's absurd and I won't be going here again.
I have always liked Pizza Hut pizza, it is a little different from other pizza places. The service here has always been good and time for them to get it ready is not bad. The staff has always been friendly. The prices are okay, not great. The pizzas have always been prepared to my liking.
We've give this place multiple tries but it never fails-cheesy bread ALWAYS comes out burnt. It like they just don't care even after you tell them before they start cooking that you've received burnt cheesy bread in the past and to please "keep an eye on it," it comes out the same. Burnt. Take your money and appetite to another location.
Pasta is good as always though.
